The MARCLIFFE HOTEL and SPA is a 5 star luxury hotel set in 11 acres of wooded grounds located in the western suburbs of Aberdeen, and only 3 miles from the city centre. Services Network (PSN), Bob Keiller leads an executive team of nine who in turn oversee more than 8,000 employees working in
20 countries. As one of the top ten largest private Scottish companies, PSN is the result of the management-buy-out of the Production Services element of KBR, the engineering part of Houston-based Halliburton. Bob joined the company in 2002 as
UK director for Production Services and was appointed managing director for global operations in 2004. He has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years in topsides and subsurface production management with large blue chip operators and smaller contracting organisations.

Tickets:

Tickets are priced at £75 plus VAT (£88.13inc VAT) (Excludes all drinks)

Bookings:

Applications are dealt with in order of receipt of booking form. Please send in a completed Booking Form to confirm your places – even if your Guest Names are not yet available. Payment must accompany the Booking Form.

Bookings must be submitted no later than Friday 3rd October 2008

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations in writing can be accepted up until Friday 3rd October 2008 and are subject to a small administration fee. There is no refund for cancellations received after this date. EIC reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. EIC is not liable for any expenses incurred by the delegate.

Guest List:

Full Guest Lists will be available on the night. If you wish to be included in the Guest List ensure that your guests names are submitted by Friday 3rd October 2008 After this date, no further names will be accepted.

Dress:

Gentlemen: Black Tie
Ladies: Evening Wear

Tables:

Seating is at tables of 8 -12. Larger parties will be seated at adjacent tables where possible. Members are invited to book either a whole table or any number of seats that they choose – a seating plan will be available on the evening.

Wine:

The Dinner ticket does NOT include pre-dinner drinks or wine. An order form will be sent to all companies booking places at the dinner.

Overnight Accommodation:

A limited number of rooms are available at The Marcliffe Hotel and Spa, a special rate of £140 single Occupancy and £150 double occupancy has been negotiated. Both rates include Breakfast. If you would like bedrooms at the hotel it is important that they are booked early to avoid disappointment. Please call the hotel direct on 01224 861000 stating that they will be attending the EIC Scottish Committee Annual Dinner.
