The EIC Annual Dinner is an occasion for celebration, networking and for great entertainment. It is one of the largest annual events of its kind and is the energy industry’s premier business and social gathering. There will be some 500 diners including senior representatives of energy companies and leading figures from the City, industry and commerce, government, academia, stakeholders and the news media. The dinner provides an excellent opportunity to entertain valued existing clients, reward staff, network with prospective customers and generate new business contacts within your professional community. Whether you decide to book a table or an individual place, you can be assured a warm welcome and a hugely enjoyable evening with the EIC and your industry colleagues.
The highlight of the evening will be the lavishly prepared four course banquet, prepared by some of London’s brightest new chefs, and all under the watchful eye of Michelin starred, Head Chef, Theo Randall who has recently joined the InterContinental following ten years as Head Chef at the River Café.
The emphasis is on fun! From the moment you arrive and throughout the evening you will be entertained with live music, strolling magicians and more. The after dinner guest speaker will, in a move away from our usual delve into the world of politics, be a comedian, handpicked to provide the biggest laughs! After the meal a cash bar will be available and the nightlife of London awaits – the possibilities are endless.

Tickets are priced at £98 per person plus VAT (excludes all drinks)
The names of the guests must be confirmed by Friday the 12th of September. After this date, guests may not be included in the dinner programme.
Seating will be on round tables of 8-12. Larger parties will be seated at adjacent tables where possible. Groups less than 8 people will be asked to share.
The dinner ticket does not include pre-dinner drinks or wine. An order form for wine will be sent to all companies booking places at the dinner

Cancellations in writing can be accepted until 5pm, Monday the 1st of September and are subject to a small administration charge. Cancellations received after this date will be subject to the full booking fee.
To meet the dinner programme printing deadline names of your guests must be confirmed by Friday the 5th of September. Changes cannot be accepted after this date.
