Oil & Gas Asia (OGA)

 OGA 2007, which was held over three days instead of the usual 4 days, drew a larger and higher quality audience of 19,392 compared to OGA 2005. This left exhibitors swamped with enquiries forcing them to reprint brochures and business cards and in some cases increase manpower at the booth!
The UK Group, organised by the EIC had a strong presence with a representation of 32 companies. It was a busy show for all companies and there were still visitors in the UK Group after the 5pm closing on the last day!
There was an Embassy reception, hosted by the British High Commissioner, Mr Boyd McCleary. This was a great way to spend an evening networking and was enjoyed by all.
MES hosted an Exhibitor Networking Reception on the first night of OGA, which offered Exhibitors good food and local entertainment.
The total floorspace this year covered 15,000 m2, with 946 participants from 37 countries (local & international). OGA 2007 was a total success and surpassed expectations.
