EIC Members Group at Offshore Europe

The international oil event Offshore Europe has proven to be a record breaker once again achieving the highest ever attendance of 40,179, a 10% increase from OE05.

The EIC group was the largest pavillion at Offshore Europe this year with 38 member companies exhibiting within the group in two locations.  We also had a further 100+ EIC members exhibiting at OE in different locations throughout the venue.

The EIC Group exhibitors enjoyed a fantastic stand design with high visibility in a superb position.  EIC member logo walls and a “Guide to the EIC Group at OE” helped ensure that all member companies were promoted.

For the first time this year we provided two lounges for the EIC Group:

The main lounge area had seating to network and hold meetings with clients.  We also provided a hot carvery lunch.  This was also an opportunity for the EIC Group to take their clients to lunch and have a drink at the bar.

The main lounge was also the focal point for the EIC where existing and prospective members could meet the Membership team, Events team, Business Information team and our Overseas Directors.

In the business lounge, facilities included internet connection, printing, photo-copying, scanning and two meeting rooms available for EIC Group exhibitors to hold impromptu meetings and discussions. 

Since these facilities were provided for exhibiting members only, we were delighted to invite all EIC members to a drinks reception on the Wednesday evening after the show which was very successful and proved to be an ideal place to network.
