The EIC Flagship Annual Dinner, The London Hilton Hotel, Park Lane

Over 410 Member Companies, their guests, Ambassadors and Guests of the EIC, as well as EIC staff, gathered at the London Hilton on Park Lane for an excellent evening of hearty conversation, delicious cuisine and unusual entertainment, provided by the very popular ‘Strolling Magicians’ performing their mind-boggling magical tricks and astonishing illusions, along with the Ahlander Trio who welcomed the guests with some ever popular classics and a live statue who put a smile on to everyone’s faces.
This year our Chairman David Baughen shocked us all with an excellent speech of which had the room in fits of laughter, this was undoubtedly one the best speeches the Chairman has made in quite a long while. Following this was Adam Hart-Davies our guest speaker for the evening who did a great job in assisting with the Charity raffle.
For the first time, a charity raffle was introduced and turned out to be a tremendous success with 11 companies donating prizes such as:
