As the leading oil and gas industry event in Latin America, Rio Oil & Gas Expo and Conference, takes place at Riocentro Convention Center in Rio de Janeiro every two years.
The Expo is an outstanding opportunity for national and foreign companies to display their products and services. Similarly, the Conference stands as a prominent place for networking, discussing major technological issues and promoting innovative ideas.

(i) Space Hire
The cost of space is £225 per sq. metre. Please note that corner stands will be allocated on a strictly first come, first served basis and there is an additional charge of £70.00 per corner site (this is imposed on us by the event organisers in Rio de Janeiro).
(ii) Construction
The shell scheme will be charged at a rate of £125 per sq. metre. In addition to walls, carpeting and company/UK identification the package will also provide power, lighting, display aids, furniture, stand cleaning and a comprehensive lounge facility.
Please note that certain restrictions apply to the type of graphics and exhibits that can be displayed within the group stand construction. Please check with the EIC Project Manager prior to commissioning.
(iii) Management Fee
The EIC management fee for the work undertaken in organising, administering and supporting the UK group at Rio Oil & Gas 2008 is:-
