Founded in 1969, the Offshore Technology Conference is the world’s foremost event for the development of offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production and environmental protection. In 2007, some 2,400 companies from over 30 countries exhibited at OTC and the attendance figure exceeded 67,000 (a 25 year high).
We are delighted to announce that, as in previous years, the EIC will be organising the UK group at OTC 2009. It is very likely that we will secure our usual location of 900m2 of space in a premium band location, adjacent to the central aisle of the Reliant Centre. Space Hire
(i) The cost is £294 per m²
In addition to walls, carpeting and company/UK identification the package will also provide power, lighting, display aids, furniture, stand cleaning and a UK Group Lounge facility with complementary refreshments available during the exhibition.
(ii) The cost is £220 per m²
(iii) The EIC management charge for the work undertaken in organising, administering and supporting the UK group at OTC 2009 is:-
