These Terms & Conditions relate to EIConnect 2008.

EIConnect 2008 is organised by the Energy Industries Council hereafter called the EIC.

• Admittance to the event is permitted only with a valid ticket.
• For Health and Safety reasons and fire regulations you will be registered on arrival. Registration requires production of a valid ticket or purchase at the door.
• The management reserves the right to refuse the admission of a ticket holder to the
  premises and to require any ticket holder to leave the premises.
• The programme may change or be cancelled without prior notice.
• The EIC will not be liable in any way if the event is abandoned due to Acts of God, power
  failure, flooding and any other unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday 15th February 2008. All cancellations
  are subject to a £50 admin fee. Any cancellations received after this date will be subject
  to the full fee.
• We accept name and date changes in writing up until 12pm on Friday 22nd February 2008.
  Please note: two and three day tickets cannot be interchanged between delegates.
• A VAT invoice will be sent for your records.
• The management will refuse entry of ticket holders in possession of audio or video
  recording equipment.
• Delegates should report lost or stolen tickets to the EIC as soon as possible.
• Duplicate tickets will only be issued at the event upon Registration.
• The Venue does not permit canned or glass containers in any of the auditoria.
• Attendees must ensure that all personal belongings are kept with them at all times
  and the EIC will not accept responsibility for loss of possessions on or off the
  premises.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the venue whatsoever.
• Information on bookings is used for internal management purposes. The information
  is only available to officers of the Energy Industries Council.
• Statistical aggregation and analysis of bookings and data may be performed.
• Please be advised that if subsequent investigation reveals that you are not an EIC
  Member, you will be invoiced for the difference in ticket price.
