Speaker Overview - Oil & Gas
Maintaining and upgrading oil production
Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO), a member of the ADNOC Group, is a pioneering oil and gas producer whose operations are centred in the offshore areas of Abu Dhabi. Oil and gas production comes from two major fields Umm Shaif and Zakum. The crude is collected from these fields and then transferred to Das Island, a nearby industrial base, for processing, storing and world export.
Das Island represents the focal process area of ADMA-OPCO production. It contains the oil and gas processing, storage and export facilities, the utilities, the power generation and the accommodation sites. The processing facilities on Das Island under ADMA-OPCO operation comprise Zakum plant, Umm Shaif Plant, Bunduq Plant, the Condensate treatment unit, dehydration/desalting units and the gas-sweetening unit. The processed crude is routed to the storage tanks.
