**Please note you will be invoiced for the total cost once the delegation is confirmed as going ahead. This invoice must be paid before the delegation.

Delegation package includes:

• Ice breaker Welcome Dinner
• Access to Networking Reception
• All meeting rooms
• Visitor pass to BALTEXPO Trade Fair in Gdansk
• Ground transport to prearranged meetings
• Project management

Not Included:

• Flights
• Accommodation (please note, to facilitate logistics a specific hotel will be recommended)
• Any meals excluding those mentioned in the programme above
• Airport transfers and any additional transportation outwith the main delegation programme

Cancellation charges
In the event of cancellation of the delegation for reasons beyond the control of the EIC, all communal costs committed to the date of cancellation will be charged to the companies who would have participated. In the event of cancellation by an individual company, the company’s proportion of the communal costs incurred up to the date of cancellation will be charged. The management fee is payable forthwith in any event.
