Participation Fee

Please note, on receipt of your booking, EIC will invoice for 25% deposit. Upon confirmation of the delegation, EIC will invoice for the balance of charges. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice, if invoice is raised less than 30 days before the event, payment is due prior to the event date. Payment is required to be received before the date of the event.

This total cost includes production of the delegation brochure, local ground transport (except airport transfers), networking receptions, meeting room hire, delegation manager, plus any other administrative expenses incurred on behalf of the group.

Cancellation charges

 In the event of cancellation of the delegation for reasons beyond the control of the EIC, all communal costs committed to the date of cancellation will be charged to the companies who would have participated. In the event of cancellation by the EIC due to not reaching a minimum number of delegates, 100% of charges will be refunded to individual companies. In the event of cancellation by an individual company, before the delegation has been confirmed, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by an individual company, after the delegation has been confirmed, the company is liable for 100% of the charges.

Please note that the EIC will confirm the delegation is going ahead once we have a minimum number of bookings.

Do not book any non-refundable flights before you receive this confirmation. The EIC will give you further details on flights along with booking information for hotels once we can confirm the delegation is going ahead.
