Join the EIC and Department for International Trade (DIT) Mexico for the first of a four-part webinar series around energy opportunities in Mexico!
Field development in Mexico has significantly increased since it opened its market to private investors in 2014. Project opportunities are poised to significantly increase amid Mexico's ambitious goal of increasing production by 1MMbbl/d by 2024. At the same time, over the past decade, Mexico has seen significant growth in the power and renewable energy sectors, influenced by the increased demand for sustainable, clean energy vis-à-vis falling costs of renewable energy and growing advancement of new technologies.
The EIC, in partnership with DIT Mexico, invites you to discover the current and future business opportunities in the region. A particular focus will be provided on the opportunities to diversify from oil and gas to renewables, to “greening” operations, and achieving net-zero around traditional oil and gas operations, and how to go about doing business in Mexico.
UK and local Mexican companies, and speakers, will have the opportunity to take forward speedy networking exchanges. Looking forward to COP26, now more than ever, a resilient supply chain will help to shape the future of energy in Mexico.
