Solaria has signed a financing agreement with Banco Sabadell for a 175MW solar power project in Spain. The agreement states that Sabadell will provide up to 93.5 million euros to the Oliva cluster.
Once complete, Oliva will be formed by five photovoltaic plants in Guadalajara. The project is being developed in association with the construction of a data centre.
Solaria calculates that the renewable energy produced by Oliva will be enough to meet the needs of 84,000 Spanish homes ever year.
