PEMEX PROCUREMENT INTERNATIONAL (PPI) created to provide procurement services for PEMEX in the international market, is a wholly owned company of Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX the Mexican state-owned petroleum company managed and operated by the Mexican government).
The company works in the Supplier Management and Analysis Department. They are in the international procurement office in Houston and particularly carry out Market Studies to meet the needs of their end users in Mexico.
PEMEX is identifying suppliers capable to provide Welded Steel Pipe for Structural use (or raw material, steel plates), to be used on ELM generic offshore platforms.
The main objective is to obtain as soon as possible available Steel Pipes or Raw material to be purchased by PEMEX, with the specification describe in this excel.
