The Kvosted solar park in the municipality of Viborg, Denmark, has been successfully connected to the national grid by developer European Energy. The company was also responsible for building the plant, which has a capacity of 101MW.
The project started development in 2019, with the first solar modules being installed in August 2022.
Kvosted is expected to generate enough electricity to power 22,000 homes.
