Adani Green Energy (AGEL) and Adani Power (APL) have received a letter of intent (LoI) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) for solar and thermal power facilities in India.
According to the LoI, AGEL will supply MSEDCL with 5GW of solar energy from a renewable energy park currently under development in Gujarat.
APL, meanwhile, will deliver approximately 1.5GW of thermal power from a new 1.6GW power plant.
