NTPC Green Energy has made a 1.1GW turbine order to Suzlon. The contract, Suzlon's first with NGEL, also covers the installation of 370 turbines, each with a capacity of 3.15MW.
The machines will be installed in three project sites, all in the state of Gujarat, India.
Suzlon will also be responsible for the execution of the projects (carrying out erection and commissioning) as well as for post-commissioning maintenance services.
