New role involves elevating EIC's global events and campaigns to contribute to the growth of the energy industry’s supply chain businesses.
Aberdeen, 18 Sep. 23 — The Energy Industries Council (EIC), the leading global trade association for the energy supply chain, has appointed Scotland-based Jo Campbell as the Director of Global Events and Campaigns. This strategic appointment underlines the EIC's commitment to enhancing its events portfolio and furthering its mission to support the energy industry’s supply chain worldwide.
In her role, Jo Campbell will focus on managing and developing a portfolio of larger-scale EIC conferences, leveraging her extensive background in events management to drive these events to new heights and provide valuable insights and networking opportunities to EIC members and stakeholders.
She will also optimise, standardise, and coordinate all aspects of EIC's events, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for attendees, while also designing and overseeing key campaigns across EIC's overall events calendar, contributing to the organisation's mission of supporting the global energy supply chain.
Jo Campbell brings over a decade of invaluable experience in events management to her new role at EIC. Prior to her appointment as Director of Global Events and Campaigns, Jo served in various leadership positions within the EIC, including Regional Director, UK & Europe, and Head of UK & Europe.
