Context

The Strategy

Our client sought to identify potential entry points for its coating solutions within the hydrogen value chain, with a particular focus on coating for electrolyzer components. The result was a supply chain-oriented view of the market, enabling our client to pinpoint strategic opportunities for coating applications across electrolyzer technologies and markets.
