Exhibit | OMC Med Energy 2025 | EIC

Why Italy?

The Mediterranean is a hotbed of energy transition projects. The Ravenna CCS project is the first of a number of pioneering CCS projects including a similar cluster model project in France, centred around decarbonisation of the Dunkirk region. In total our project tracking database EICDataStream is currently tracking 16 projects related to CCS in the Mediterranean region, involving key players such as Eni, Air Liquide and Holcim.

In the hydrogen sphere, the EIC is tracking over 40GW in electrolyser capacity around the Mediterranean and CAPEX totalling over $100 billion. Headline projects include Morocco’s colossal Amun Green Hydrogen and Ammonia project, as well as Air Liquide's $400 million Normand’Hy PEM electrolyser, which is one of the largest hydrogen projects in the world to have reached FID to date. This activity signifies the opportunities for Hydrogen and CCS around the region.
