Rates of inflation are increasing rapidly across many economies in the world. Many parties involved in the Energy sector are feeling the effects — not only are essential materials and skilled labour significantly more expensive, but supply chain pressures and shortages are making it harder to secure needed construction materials.

In this Seminar we will discuss the current state of the market, the rights the parties have to recover costs related to inflation and how to demonstrate and evidence such costs.
