About this event

EIC is pleased to announce the workshop Tax Reform - Impacts on Procurement and Supply Chain.

The Tax Reform on consumption will bring structural changes to the Brazilian tax system, with the creation of the dual VAT model (CBS and IBS) and the replacement of current taxes such as PIS, Cofins, ICMS and ISS. These changes will have direct effects on purchasing decisions, pricing, cash flow, supplier management and contract structures, requiring process adaptation and greater integration between procurement, tax and finance teams.

This workshop offers a practical, applied view tailored to the procurement area, highlighting the main impacts of the reform on purchasing routines and supply chain management.

- Comprehend the new VAT credit model (CBS and IBS) and its impacts on the supply chain;
