The EIC is happy to announce the Macaé Breakfast: OPEX Opportunities with Ocyan
With over four decades of experience in offshore drilling, Ocyan has established itself as a national leader in shallow and ultra-deep waters. The company remains committed to providing offshore oil and gas upstream solutions to customers in Brazil and around the world.
Ocyan operates two key floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels in the Brazilian pre-salt region, reinforcing its position as a leading offshore service provider. The Pioneiro de Libra FPSO (in partnership with Altera), operational since 2017 in the Libra block, has a production capacity of 50,000b/d, operating in a water depth of 2,400m. The Cidade de Itajaí FPSO, the company's first unit in the Santos Basin (Baúna field), has reached a cumulative production of 76 million barrels.
These assets demonstrate Ocyan's expertise in full life-cycle offshore solutions. The company combines technical capability with proven production and safety results while expanding its activities through strategic contracts in revitalisation and decommissioning, such as the gas network revitalisation project in the Campos Basin (in partnership with Mota Engil).
