About this event
The UK has become a world leader in offshore wind, with more capacity installed than any other country. Fixed bottom offshore wind has been the primary focus of the wind industry, with around 14.7 GW already installed in the UK. However, with the offshore energy industry constantly evolving, floating offshore wind offers enormous potential to significantly increase this capacity.
With the announcement of the successful projects from ScotWind and the Innovation and Targeted Oil and Gas (INTOG) offshore wind leasing process, the offshore wind project pipeline continues to increase and has become one of the most important economic and environmental opportunities.
Join us on 30 November to hear the opportunities presented in both fixed bottom and floating offshore wind markets, as we discuss the latest developments and aim to maximise awareness for businesses to support the UK’s growing offshore wind industry.
