Opportunities with WorleyParsons
About this event
Join the EIC to welcome a presentation from Internationally acclaimed WorleyParsons, on Thursday 17 2019.
WorleyParsons are known for its inventive approach, technology, and teaming to deliver superior results to its customers across all stages of an asset's lifecycle. The company provides full asset management services and EPC capability.
WorleyParsons, fresh from its $283.1 million acquisition of AMEC Foster Wheeler (AFW) UK Oil & Gas's Upstream Portfolio, is rapidly expanding its reach into the Downstream sector with its recent $3.3 billion acquisition of the chemicals, energy and resources unit of Jacobs Engineering. The acquisition will no doubt give the company greater earnings, diversification and resilience in the future.
WorleyParsons have won over 30 contract awards in 2018, including several significant contracts such as: the five-year framework agreement for the provision of EPCM services to Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), providing FEED services to Tullow Oil-operated South Lokichar onshore development in Kenya, and topside module fabrication for the Nexen-operated Buzzard Phase II development in the North Sea.
Craig Bennett, Head of Supply Chain, will present an overview of WorleyParsons and inform suppliers of the potential opportunities for the UK Supply Chain.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into working with WorleyParsons and understand the requirements for supporting their rapidly growing project portfolio.
