EIC is pleased to announce a special edition of the Lunch Women of Energy: Building a Successful Management Career with Marta Abrão (Petrobras) and Simone Guimarães (bp global)
                                                     

Marta Abrão is General Manager of Goods Contract Management at Petrobras, with over 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry across Exploration, Production, R&D and Energy Transition. She has built a leadership style that combines strategic vision, execution and people development, grounded in the belief that extraordinary results come from engaged teams and diversity of perspectives. She holds a degree in Production Engineering from UFRJ, a Master's in Business Administration from Coppead/UFRJ, and executive qualifications from INSEAD and FGV.

Simone has over 27 years of experience in the energy sector, with a solid track record in strategic and leadership positions across reputation management, sustainability, communications, risk and crisis management, and stakeholder relations. Throughout her career at a leading multinational company, she has led highly complex strategies and projects, working with multidisciplinary teams and diverse audiences in both local and global contexts. Her experience also spans corporate social responsibility, social investment, branding and community relations, and she is known for her ability to turn complex challenges into clear, effective and innovative strategies.
