About this event
The EIC is pleased to host
Opportunities in Louisiana, an event designed to spotlight the breadth of opportunities emerging across the state’s energy supply chain. With a strong base of local and regional companies operating in Louisiana, this session will bring together stakeholders to explore how suppliers can better position themselves for upcoming projects and contracting needs.
EIC's DataStream is currently tracking
368.4bn CAPEX worth of energy projects in Louisiana across sectors with
midstream projects comprising nearly 70% of total CAPEX value - highlighting the importance of supply chain connectivity in the state.
The discussion will focus on key service and capability areas that play a critical role in supporting offshore and onshore operations, including maintenance and repair services, specialist inspections and certifications, facilities and equipment support, and technical solutions for operational assets. The event will also provide insight into how companies can engage with operators, EPCs, and the wider supply chain, while highlighting pathways for both established players and new entrants.
The session will feature insights from
Guldana Mekeyeva, Anthony Nguyen, and Luke van der Waals, all from SLB, who will share perspectives on current market dynamics, supplier engagement, and the capabilities in demand across Louisiana’s energy sector. Additional speakers from other operating and supply chain companies may also be invited to contribute to the discussion.
