Ray Wallace, Director of EICUK (Houston), Inc., is responsible for the North American arm of EIC operations. Ray has overall responsibility for the Houston office; for optimising EIC's service to its Houston membership and for improving and developing that service.

Lisa Defalco, Business Information Manager, researches and gathers key project information to enhance and expand the EIC Project Database. She is in close contact with operators and contractors finding out valuable contract information, leading to opportunities for the Council's members.
