EIC Houston Office

Where we are

Houston is the centre of the global energy industry and the EIC office is located in the heart of “Energy Alley”, within 20 minutes of 80 percent of all the major operators and the main engineering offices of the biggest players in the energy and petrochemical world.

The EIC offices are situated at 11490 Westheimer, which is a ten-story office building on the North East corner of the intersection of Westheimer and Woodland Park Drive. Our 8th floor office is a 10,000 square foot facility which serves as the US headquarters not only for the EIC, but also as a physical HQ in the US for 17 of our member companies and a virtual HQ for a further 12 companies. What we do

The EIC in Houston provides clerical and administrative support for resident and visiting members and provides all office services including fax and photocopying and broadband internet facilities. Members have the use of various meeting rooms and a large conference room, suitable for presentations to up to 50 people, as well as a lounge, kitchen, and workroom. There is a reception area for visitors. The phone system can provide messaging, call forwarding and voice mail, our aim, however, is for all calls coming through our switchboard to be answered by a person and in the company’s name. Our service hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 12.30pm Friday.

We can provide a number of options as regards offices:standard external offices at 10’X15’ square feet, larger outside offices at 15’X15’ square feet and internal offices at approximately 250 to 300 square feet. All offices are available furnished or unfurnished with a desk, chair, visitor’s chair, bookshelf and telephone.

Covered car parking is available and free. Card access to the building is available 24 hours a day seven days a week. Residents have a key to the office suite and their own office.
