In addition to the Virtual Office service, the Rio office can
also offer a Petrobras Registration service, in which we hold a Power of
Attorney to act as your legal representative for Petrobras registration
purposes. Our Rio office will complete the approval process for your company and

covering the UK energy sector supply chain. The Procurement Guide is available in hard copy and online. As a member, your entry
into the EIC Procument Guide will be free as part of your membership.
EIC Publications
EIC Monthly News and EIC Online keep members informed and provide them with an ideal
marketing platform.
The printed EIC News is a high quality monthly publication specifically for EIC Members
and key industry personnel containing a variety of industry news.
A monthly email Newsbrief is produced, for members, by each of our UK and overseas offices

EICOnline (our email and web-based news service) is more widely available to subscrubers

Energy Focus is a bi-annual magazine dedicated to actively promoting the views and

The EIC manages the UK national pavilion at key energy related exhibitions across
the world, providing companies with a unique international platform to expand their
business base.
The EIC attends 8 - 10 energy exhibitions worldwide each year. We organise
the UK national pavilion at each exhibition with UK branded stand design to draw
high class visitors to the group.
We pride ourselves with making the full process of exhibiting easier and
stress free for companies. We appoint a stand contractor, freight agent and
travel partner for the group in order to minimise cost and help save time. We
offer a full walk-on stand package so that you can spend all your time planning
how you will dress the inside of your exhibition stand. Therefore when you
arrive on-site for set-up, your stand will be ready for dressing.

Our industry focused Trade Missions provide invaluable opportunities for companies

The EIC organise 6 - 8 trade missions each year. The missions
provide an invaluable opportunity for companies to access (often new) markets
and make vital contacts with the help of local EIC offices and embassy staff.
EIC trade missions are suitable for companies who are new to
a region as well as those who already have substantial experience in the region.
Trade missions provide an excellent introduction to a new market and the
opportunity to make vital contacts that can be followed up with on subsequent
visits. For those established in a market, trade missions are an ideal way to
strengthen existing business relationships whilst also establishing high level
