Terry
Willis is the Managing Director EICUK (Middle East), the
operating office for Council activities in the Middle East
region, which encompasses the six GCC Countries of the United
Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain
plus the important markets of Iran, Egypt, Azerbaijan and
Yemen. Iraq will no doubt also figure prominently in his activities
in the not too distant future.
With over 20 years experience throughout the region, Terry
is responsible for all aspects of Council activities and is
able to provide valuable assistance to any members contemplating
a move to this part of the world, as well as supporting those
members who already have an established presence in the area. |

Julie Zollikofer is the Administration Manager for EIC UK Middle East Branch. Julie has travelled extensively around the world having lived in Waldorf Germany , Houston Texas and Caracas Venezuela before finally moving to Dubai in December 2002 following 12 months of commuting between the UK , Dubai and Kuwait . She is responsible for the daily running and administration of the EIC office in Dubai . Duties include reception, the preparation of monthly accounts, maintaining and updating the Middle East data base as well as the organisation and co-ordination of EIC events for the region. |

Mutaz Bakhiet, Business Information Officer, is responsible for researching and analysing global project information in all aspects of the Energy industry in the priority GCC markets, as well as Azerbaijan, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Libya, and Yemen. Mutaz provides market research, project tracking and specific contract information to enhance and expand the EIC Global Database. He is also responsible for creating the EIC monthly Newsbrief which contains updated project information for the Middle East, North Africa, and Caspian regions. |
