The Energy Industries Council (EIC) posted strong growth in the Middle East towards the end of 2021, with three key new members joining membership.

BRILLEUM is a newly formed entity providing sourcing and procurement consulting services. Founder and CEO Chady Khalife said: “Joining the EIC at this early stage is not only an invaluable opportunity to connect with other EIC members, but also to bridge the supply gap during this interesting transformational time in the energy sector.

“We will focus on supporting SMEs to realise their visions; firstly by helping them understand their clients’ needs, then delivering to their promise.

“We are eager to play a pivotal role in this exciting journey of energy transformation alongside other influential members while we continue to collaborate with an energetic EIC leadership,” concludes Khalife.

KBC, a Yokogawa company, has provided technology and consulting solutions to the energy market for more than 40 years.

Andy Webster, Vice President Digital Technology at KBC, said: “Joining the EIC not only attest to our dedication to our customers but also enhances our ability to support them at this critical time in the energy sector.

“We look forward to being an active member in the EIC and playing a role alongside other members to transform our industry.”

Construction, engineering and consultancy firm IDM, established in Nouakchott, Mauritania, in 2012, participates in the power generation, oil and gas, manufacturing, and marine engineering sectors, among many others.
