Azule Energy and partners have granted contracts worth approximately US$7.8bn regarding services for the Agogo Integrated West Hub project. The initiative, one of the largest upstream projects in Angola, will see the drilling of 36 new wells, 21 of them producers and 15 injectors.
The contract awarded to Yinson establishes the supply of the FPSO to be deployed at the field, as well as operation and maintenance services.
Baker Hughes, meanwhile, will be responsible for the provision of subsea production systems and aftermarket services. The contractor will supply 23 standard subsea trees, 11 Aptara manifolds, SemStar5 fibre optic controls and related systems.
Aker Solutions will deliver the project’s umbilical System, and Saipem has been contracted for its rigid flowlines and subsea infrastructure installation.
Subsea 7 and TechnipFMC have also been contracted, both for the supply of risers and flowlines (Subsea 7 also handling subsea structures).
The contracts were awarded by Eni Angola, a subsidiary of Azule Energy, which is a joint venture formed by Eni and BP.
