The EIC Middle East Office is delighted to announce the launch of our “EIC Roadshow” series where we will be joined by Saipem as they highlight their current projects and opportunities as part of our first contractor briefing to take place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This event is kindly hosted by EIC Member Company CORE (Zahid Group)

We are pleased to welcome Mr. Francesco Feliciani, Regional Manager Middle East, Saipem EIC KSA Roadshow.
Guest Speaker & Bio
Francesco Feliciani is the Regional Manager of Middle East at Saipem with responsibility for supervising Saipem’s footprint and operating entities in the Region, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Iraq. Francesco is also directly responsible for Commercial and Business Development activities for the same Region.
During his 16 years tenure in Saipem, Francesco has covered various roles ranging from Project Control to Project Management, Commercial and Tendering, and has worked in different geographical contexts such as Europe, West Africa, South America, and Middle East.
Prior to joining Saipem, Francesco developed an Engineering background working in the automotive and aviation industries.
Francesco received a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
