This year the EIC is partnering with the Upstream Digital Transformation Conference, happening virtually 8th-12th February 2021.
This is the only event looking specifically at finding effective change management strategies to enable the digital transformation of upstream oil & gas. It’s estimated that successful digital transformation requires 70% of efforts to be focused on change management, so this should be a crucial topic for your business.
Each conference day will focus in one of 5 key conference themes: Culture Change, Business Change, Data, Skills and Partnerships.
Our CEO, Stuart Broadley, will be moderating the flagship panel discussion on Partnerships (12th February) alongside operators and digital solution providers.
