The Brazilian Law 13303/2016, the "State Responsibility Law," has brought many changes and inquiries. Its application will profoundly impact supplier registration, the bidding processes and contract management, competition for bids, the transparency and compliance with the rules by Petrobras Brazil and other Brazilian state owned companies.
