The EIC is delighted to be managing the UK Pavilion at Gastech 2019. This leading event is taking place from 17 - 19 September 2019 in Houston, Texas.

About Gastech

For over 45 years, the Gastech Exhibition and Conference has been at the forefront of the international gas, LNG and energy market.

This world renowned event is regarded as the most significant meeting place for upstream, midstream and downstream gas, energy and LNG professionals where they convene to do business.

The United States is set to become a net exporter of natural gas for the first time in over half a century, and Houston will be at the center of that commerce. The city has the resources, the infrastructure, the expertise, and the largest U.S. port in foreign tonnage. In short, Houston is ready to take the leading role in the U.S. energy exports market.

Gastech is the best in class for the gas industry and as such attracts a very high-level senior audience of CEO’s, IOC’s Global Heads and Ministers who come to the event each year to broker deals. About the UK Pavilion

 

The EIC will take a group of just 8 UK companies to showcase their expertise, solutions and new technology to senior decision-makers and influencers in the ever expanding gas market.

We are located centrally at the back of the hall, directly behind the Italian Pavilion (block J350).

 

This is an excellent opportunity for companies to demonstrate their services in the comfort of a group to key players in attendance including Chevron, Cheniere, ExxonMobil, Shell, Repsol plus many more.

  • Group Lounge – A dedicated networking area where you can bring potential clients and networking with other exhibitors
  • VIP Pavilion Tours – Through the EIC’s network of contacts, we invite key operators, EPC contractors, government officials and international delegations to visit the pavilion. We take these guests around the pavilion to showcase the exhibiting companies.
  • Exhibitor Training – New for 2019, we will be providing training videos regarding how to plan for your stand/activities and a live webinar on how to get the most of your staff onsite = better ROI.
  • Group Publicity – The group is promoted through industry publications, social media and e-mail shots prior, during and post event and during the event. The pavilion will be heavily promoted via social media channels during the event providing a much stronger reach than going it alone.
  • Ease of logistics – We have a dedicated EIC project manager, stand builder and freight agents who are all on hand before and onsite at the show to ensure that the exhibiting experience runs smoothly for all, leaving you to concentrate on winning new business.  

 

The Pavilion shell scheme is upgraded compared to the basic independent shell scheme stands and created to ensure branding comes to the front and is highly visible as a group.

 

Stand sizes are available in 9sq.m. (3m x 3m) or 12sq.m. (4m x 3m) increments and include:-

 

  • Back and side hard walls
  • Fascia Nameboard
  • Lighting and carpet
  • 1 power outlet (500watt)
  • Round table and 4 chairs
  • Counter with logo
  • Stool
  • Literature Rack
  • Waste bin
  • Use of UK group lounge
  • Project management
  • Webinar to meet the stand contractors (date TBC)

 

Stands specs include:

  • Spec costs include walls, carpeting, company identification, power (1 power socket – additional can be ordered for the stand contractor), lighting, display aids and furniture (enhancement can be provided) as part of the bespoke shell scheme package.
  • Facilities include stand cleaning, the EIC Group refreshment area, EIC Group brochure, public relations, project management, organiser’s costs, EIC Group branding and lounge consumables.
  • Additional cost considerations Seamless wall graphics, furniture upgrades, bespoke cabinets etc, these can all be provided by our stand contractor  at an additional cost.
