Substitution of delegates can be made at any time. Cancellations submitted no later than April 30, 2014 will receive a 100% refund of booking fees. There is no refund for cancellations received after this dateand the amount paid cannot be used in future events. EIC reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. EIC is not liable for any expenses incurred by the delegates. Although presentations will primarily be delivered in English, exceptions can be made when the audience consists entirely of Portuguese speakers.
