The Northern Region manages a series of events aimed at helping EIC members identify global business opportunities and equip them with the industry knowledge and understanding to pursue these prospects.
A popular source of information, the monthly EIC Newsbriefs provide a summary of news stories from across each area addressing all sectors and geographical regions covered by the EIC. With the busy professional in mind, they present the salient points of the stories in short, easily digestible paragraphs. They provide the reader with the key facts and in many cases a link to the original article so that further information can be obtained if desired.
EIC Newsbriefs are available exclusively to EIC Members. If you would like a copy to be sent to your inbox every month, you will need to be added to the mailing list for your region of interest; please contact your regional office for more information.
Hot desk drop-in offices are available free of charge (for limited periods) to EIC Members visiting the region who need a base to work from or to hold one-to-one meetings.

- Within the Northern Region Office there is a brand new state of the art large conference room which can seat 45 people theatre style or 24 boardroom style. It is equipped with large 50” LCD screens, computer, AV system and laptop hook up. Members can book the use of necessary equipment. This meeting area is available free of charge however, members are asked to book in advance.
- On site catering for meetings can be arranged via the Regional Office Co-ordinator with menus and prices available on request.
- The Teesside Office has Disabled access and is Wi-Fi enabled
