The Fundamentals of FPSOs

Overview
Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessels (FPSOs) allow oil companies to produce oil in remote areas, in deep water and in adverse weather conditions. They process, store and transfer oil and gas to tankers for shipping to refineries, or less frequently via pipelines.
