02 January, 2019
Denmark’s Vestas closed the year with orders for three Chinese wind farms with a combined capacity of 273MW.
It will supply 200MW of 2MW turbines to developer Hanas for the Fengjigou project in China. The contract also includes a two-year service agreement. Commissioning of the turbines is already underway.
The second contract came from China State Power Investment Corporation and will see Vestas deliver 4MW turbines to an unnamed 19MW project in the third quarter of 2019, with a five-year service agreement included.
The third contract was a service agreement from an undisclosed client for an unnamed 54MW wind farm.
