PGE seeks partners to build 2.5GW wind farms in Baltic Sea

Polish state-owned energy firm Polska Grupa Energetuczna (PGE Group) has announced that it is seeking partners to build 2.5GW wind farms in the Baltic Sea.
1.5GW of the offshore wind farms will be developed in an area covered by a concession held by Elektrownia Wiatrwa Baltica-2 with the remaining 1.04GW within an area controlled by Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica-3.
The projects are expected to be located between 25km and 30km from the Polish coastal town of Łeba.
