Is there an agreed rate with the hotel for event delegates/exhibitors?
We have secured a special rate per night at the Hotel Sorella, the closest hotel to the event venue.
This rate is inclusive of wi-fi, complimentary self-garage parking and breakfast for one person. To book a room using the discounted rate please visit the Venue page.
What networking events are taking place at the event?
The EIC will host a closing evening reception in the exhibition hall from 17:00 to 18:30 on Tuesday 3 October 2017.
All of the event speakers have been invited, and entry is included in the delegate ticket. Guests will be able to enjoy a best of British themed evening whilst maximising the networking opportunity this exclusive post-event reception presents.

Do I need a visa to enter the USA?
Depending on which country you are travelling from, you may need a visa. Please check with your airline.

How and when will I receive my delegate badge?
You can pick up your delegate badge from the registration desk when you arrive at the event.
What's included in our stand?

What if we need extra items for our stand?
Once booked, you will be provided with the Exhibitor Manual which includes forms allowing you to order extra stand fitting and fixtures.
Is there an official courier to ship goods?
Please see the Exhibition Manual which you will receive once booked on as an exhibitor.
When can we start setting up our stand?
Exhibitors will be able to access their stand on Monday 2 October from 20:00 - 22:00 and Tuesday 3 October from 6:00 - 7:00 to dress stands.
When can we start dismantling our stand?
Exhibitors can start to breakdown their stands from 18:30 - 19:30 on Tuesday 3 October. (All stand fittings must be removed by 19:30).
How do I book a one-to-one appointment?
One-to-one appointments are open to delegates who have already booked and paid for their place at the event. Exhibitors and sponsors will have first opportunity to select appointments.
One-to-one bookings will open a few weeks before the event and all confirmed delegates will be notified of the procedure.

How long do these appointments last?
Delegates will be able to book a 10 minute 'speedy exchange' appointment with a buyer from one of the speaker companies.
