Data Processing Clerk
Full-time, permanent (35 hours per week)
The EIC has a 70-year track record in the energy industry, operating across the international energy sectors and has offices in London, Aberdeen, Teesside, Rio, Houston, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur. When it comes to recruitment, it’s vitally important that we have the right people working together to reinforce our reputation for delivering high quality services to our members.
The membership team is responsible for recruiting and supporting all EIC members. Our membership managers work remotely and rely on support from the head office to ensure that we always have a high level of customer service. The team now requires a Data Processing Clerk to assist the membership team.
The team is looking for a highly-organised individual. This position would suit an individual who has strong computer literacy skills and good attention to detail. The role requires a conscientious and motivated individual who can prioritise the high volume of requests and queries that are received by the department.
The role will be largely office based. The candidate must be articulate and intuitive. The candidate will need to have the ability to interact within a small team and be capable of building relationships with colleagues in other office locations and time zones. Training will be provided to enable the candidate to thrive in the UK’s leading energy trade association.
This is an ideal opportunity for an organised and confident team player to establish their career at the EIC.
As well as a competitive salary, there is also a life assurance policy, a company pension, 25 days holiday and other benefits on completion of probation.
