Several Members have reported difficulty logging into the website. Typically, the login page will keep reappearing and not allow the session to go any further. The cause of this behaviour was traced to a bug on the site itself (Apologies - Bob from IT).
Two other reasons have been isolated and both of these are issues with the way the user's browser is configured:

• If your Browser setting for checking page updates is 'never' it is possible for the browser to incorrectly cache the login page. For most purposes, this setting should be 'Automatic'.

• If cookies are disabled on your browser, the Project Database will not work because the website uses a cookie to 'remember' that you have logged in.
