Q. Why have I stopped receiving project lists and other emails from the EIC. I've checked with the EIC and they say I am on the distribution list.

A. Has a spam filter been deployed in your company?

As a member company or regular contact of the EIC, we are concerned to ensure that we are able to provide the best possible service to our members and other contacts.

Recently we have noted an increase in the number of email messages failing to arrive – probably owing to spam filtering.

As a committed anti-spam organisation, the EIC is pleased that many of our members are taking steps to discourage the flood of spam into their organisations. However it is possible that our messages, which in many cases contain valuable market information that your company pays for via its annual subscription, may be blocked by mistake.

Therefore, if you have spam filtering in place, we ask you to contact your Email Administrator/IT Department and ask them to place the following mail domains on your white lists to ensure that your staff don’t miss out on the information to which they are entitled.
