Please note this group is exclusive to EIC members

Once again the Energy Industries Council is delighted to be organising an exhibitor group exclusively for EIC members at Offshore Europe in Aberdeen, the largest oil and gas exhibition and conference outside of North America.  It is our privilege to offer you, our members, an enhanced experience at this key event for companies operating in both UK and global oil & gas markets.

In 2007, the EIC group became the largest exhibitor presence for the first time at this event and with your involvement, we hope to achieve this again in 2009. We have reserved 637m² in two prime positions in the exhibition hall (floorplans to follow).

Members exhibiting as part of the EIC group will enjoy access to a lounge area with complimentary hot & cold soft drinks during the show, a full bar, telecommunications facilities including internet access, two meeting rooms and a seating area to enable you to meet with guests or take time to relax away from your stand. Plus we’ll organise lunch for you and your guests during the show. The EIC will also produce an EIC group brochure with your contact details, company logo and description of your products and services for distribution during the exhibition.

With EIC staff on hand to assist you with your preparations during build-up and during the exhibition itself, you will be able to concentrate your efforts on meeting new and existing contacts in this industry, at an event which attracted over 40,000 visitors each day in 2007. The EIC will also ensure that the group is included in visits to the exhibition by VIP’s, foreign trade delegations and make you aware of all additional events due to take place during Offshore Europe 2009.

The benefits of exhibiting through the EIC Group are:

  • Prime location for the group at the exhibition.
  • Innovative branded stand design to draw visitors to the group.
  • Your own specially designed and furnished stand.
  • The use of two fully equipped, private lounges. (Facilities include hot and cold soft drinks, lunch, a full bar and seating area, telecommunications facilities, two private meeting rooms – open to EIC Group exhibitors and their guests only).
  • Promotion of the Group through various publications, press releases and industry contacts.
  • Access to additional networking events.
  • Entry for each exhibitor in the “Guide to the EIC Group” brochure.
  • Dedicated project manager to assist prior to and onsite at the show.
  • Dedicated travel and freight agents.
Simple pricing structure with no management fee.
