We have been notified by some ONS exhibitors that they have received an “offer” for listing in a catalogue linked with their participation at the ONS exhibition.
Although the impression is given that their entry will be free, they subsequently receive an invoice. The companies concerned are among others, Fair Guide and Construct Data Verlag.
These companies have no connection whatsoever with ONS.
We would emphasise that exhibitors will receive all necessary information about catalogue entry and so forth directly from us. It will be provided in the exhibitor manual, which is due to be sent to all exhibitors around the New Year.
All our accredited partners and sub-contractors will be listed there, and we collaborate only with these.
Any offers of catalogue listings or similar services from others in connection with ONS are unofficial and should be treated with caution.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you be in any doubt about the status of an offer you receive.
