Dr Ian Wilkinson is the Director of the EICUK Association in Brazil. He is responsible for contacts within Petrobras and the major oil companies and contractors based in Brazil. He is the primary point of contact for EIC members interested in the Brazilian energy market or in membership of the Brazil office. Ian has 15 years oil exploration experience in UK, Venezuela, USA, Russia and Brazil. He has lived in Brazil since 1998, formerly as Director of a locally registered geophysical company.

Licia Rocha is the Business Information Manager for EICUK (Rio) in Brazil, is responsible for researching and analyzing global project information on the energy industry, focused on the South American region. Licia also provides market research, project tracking and specific contract information to enhance and expand the EIC Global Database. In addition to these tasks, she aids Ian Wilkinson building a network of contacts with major operators, contractors and local energy related bodies, leading to opportunities for the Council's members to achieve their business targets.
