Facilities

Within the Northern Region Office, there is a meeting table which can seat up to 6 people. Visitors can book use of a laptop & data projector, flipchart etc. This meeting area is available free of charge and visitors are asked to book in advance.

Also within the Office, there is a “guest desk” equipped with a PC with internet access, or visitors can link up to the wireless system in the office on their own laptop. Visitors are welcome to call in on spec, but it is advisable to phone ahead.

Within Belasis Business Centre, there are a number of Conference Rooms which can be booked on behalf of EIC Members:

• York Room seats up to 10 around a Boardroom Table
• Harrogate Room seats approx. 20 Boardroom or 45 Theatre style
• Ripon Room seats approx. 20 Boardroom or 45 Theatre style
• Durham Room seats up to 80 Theatre style

Rooms can be booked by the hour, half day or full day – rates available on request.

On-site catering for meetings is provided by AV’s @ Café Trios, which can be arranged via the Regional Office – menus available on request. The café’s facilities and seating area are also open to any visitors to hold informal meetings over a coffee.
